About

Built by an owner, on a real floor.

Blitz wasn't designed in a software office. It was built inside a working Indian factory, by the people who run it — because we needed it ourselves.

Where it started

It started in our own factory.

It began in a working narrow-fabric factory — looms, covering machines, warpers, the lot. Like every factory its size, it ran on logbooks, memory and feel: what ran last night lived in a register, and what a unit really cost us was a year-end surprise.

We happen to love electronics and AI as much as we love manufacturing. So instead of settling for a tool that stops at the machine, we built what we actually needed — a sensor on every machine, and software that turns what they see into production, true cost and profit.

Blitz runs our floor today, and it has been extremely useful to us — useful enough that we believe every factory whose machines can be measured deserves the same. That's the list we keep.

Our own looms, measured daily

Every feature was built because our floor needed it — and tested where a wrong number costs real money.

Our own bills, through the same intake

The material intake you'd use is the one our gate uses — photographed, approved, in the books.

Our own Jarvis, asked daily

The agent answers about our factory the same way it will answer about yours.

The company behind it

Blitz is built under Optimus Mechatronics.

Optimus Mechatronics is our engineering company — electronics, AI and machines are what we do. It builds dual-axis solar trackers that follow the sun all day; Blitz gives factories the same kind of awareness about themselves.

Different products, one belief: machines should report to you — not the other way around.

  • Founder-led, end to end — when you call, you talk to the people who built it, not a support queue.
  • We install it ourselves — sensors, setup, configuration: done for you, on your floor.
  • We use it every day — if a feature doesn't earn its keep on our own floor, it doesn't ship.
  • Built for the industries we listed — because what it did for us, it can do for any floor whose machines can be measured.

A 20-minute demo, no slides, no hard sell — the same system that runs our floor, shown live.
