Rope & twine

Give your rope floor a voice — output and true cost per coil.

A sensor on every machine turns your PP, HDPE or nylon rope floor into an agent — live output in kg or meters and true cost per coil, automatically. We set it up for you.

Twisters · ropewalk · braiders · winders · any age · live from anywhere

The problem

Your output is a number in a register — and your cost per coil is a guess.

Output is whatever the operator jots down; stoppages go unrecorded. You price from feel and learn your margin only after the order ships.

1

How many kg did Machine 4 actually run on the night shift?

2

What does one coil truly cost — material, energy, labour and overhead?

3

How much fibre did we really consume versus what we should have?

4

Which product — and which machine — is actually making you money?

Live floor

Every machine reports itself.

A sensor on each machine tells Blitz when it's genuinely running. You get live output in kg or meters, downtime per shift, and true cost per coil — one dashboard, nothing to fill in. Plan each machine to its order and target, and see plan versus actual live.

Twisters, ropewalk, braiders, balers and winders — any make, any age. Blitz is the floor platform, with material intake built in and Jarvis, the agent's voice.

The number that decides your profit

₹84.00

Cost per coil — by product, by machine.

Material, energy, labour and overhead — added up automatically for every coil. Quote from your real number and see which products and machines actually make money.

How true cost per coil works
Material / coil₹58.20
Energy / coil₹9.40
Labour / coil₹10.10
Overhead / coil₹6.30

Per-coil figures shown for illustration — Blitz builds yours from your own runs. Output is measured gross at the machine and reconciled at your weighbridge — quality stays your call.

Your raw material counts itself.

Every run deducts the fibre it used the moment a machine stops, and material intake captures each incoming bale from a photo of the bill. Live stock in kg, real versus standard — no month-end counting.

Blitz Plus · Jarvis

Your business, finally talking to you.

Jarvis is the agent's voice. Ask anything in plain language and get a straight answer. It emails you the moment something crosses your line — a twister down, fibre low, a coil over quote — and briefs you on where the business stands.

Rope & twine questions.

How do I track rope and twine output without anyone logging it?

A small sensor on each machine reads when it's genuinely running versus stopped, and Blitz turns that into live output — in kg or meters, whichever you sell in — automatically. Nobody fills in a register; the floor reports itself. Multi-position twisters are reconciled to your weighed output, so the number you see is the one you can invoice.

Does it work across my different rope and twine machines?

Yes. Twisters, ropewalk and braiding machines, balers and winders — any make, any age — all sit on one dashboard, because the sensor is fitted without rewiring and reports each machine the same way.

How does Blitz know the true cost of one coil?

Blitz adds the fibre or yarn that went into the coil at its real rate, the machine's energy for the run, the labour for the time it ran, and a share of overhead — a live, all-in cost per coil for every product and machine, so you quote from your real number, not a guess. See how true cost works.

Will it work on my old rope and twine machines?

Yes. The sensor is non-invasive and fits in minutes with no rewiring and no modification, so the oldest twister on your floor reports itself exactly like the newest. If a machine runs, Blitz can track it.
