Narrow fabric & webbing
Elastic, webbing and tape — tracked per head, costed per meter.
Our home turf — Blitz was born on a narrow-fabric floor. A sensor on every covering, warping and loom machine turns your floor into an agent: per-head meters, true cost per quality, no manual entry.
The problem
Many heads, many qualities, no real numbers.
One loom, several heads, every head on a different quality. By the time a register adds up the meters — if it ever does — the run is gone and the number is a guess. You price and plan blind.
How many meters did Head 2 on Loom 6 run last night?
What does one meter of this elastic truly cost, all-in?
How much thread and rubber did we really consume versus the recipe?
Which quality — webbing, tape or elastic — is actually carrying the floor?
Head-level output, automatic stock
Every head reports its own meters.
A separate figure per head, not one blurred machine total. When a run stops, the thread and rubber it used are deducted automatically against that head's quality — stock stays live and correct.
- Per-head output on covering, warping and loom machines
- Thread and rubber deducted to the meter, per quality
- No operator writes a single number down
- Plan each job against its order — and track plan vs. actual live
Price every quality from its real cost
Quote each width and quality from fact, not feel.
Each quality carries its own recipe, so Blitz sums thread, rubber, energy, labour and overhead per meter run. Quote a new width from true cost, not gut feel — with material intake keeping every rate current.
How true cost per meter worksFigures shown for illustration — Blitz builds yours from your own runs. Meters are measured gross per head and reconciled at rolling — quality stays your call.
One suite, your whole floor
More than meters — your business, talking to you.
An agent that senses, thinks and speaks — three parts that take you from the loom to a voice telling you what needs you.
Per-head output, live thread and rubber stock, true cost per meter for every quality.

Narrow-fabric owners ask us these first.
Can Blitz track production per head?
Yes. Blitz tracks output down to each head on a loom, not just the machine. Every head reports the meters it ran and the quality it was making, so a 6-head loom gives you six separate production figures, automatically.
Does it handle elastic, webbing and tape?
Yes. Elastic, webbing and tape are all standard. Each quality carries its own recipe — picks, thread and rubber per meter — so Blitz measures output in meters and costs each quality on its own real numbers, across covering, warping and loom machines.
How is rubber and thread stock kept accurate?
Every run deducts exactly the thread and rubber it used the moment a machine stops, based on the quality each head was making. Raw-material bills are captured at the gate from a photo of the bill as they arrive. So thread and rubber stock stay live and correct, with a full trail and no month-end counting.
Will it work on my existing machines?
Yes. A small sensor goes on each covering, warping or loom machine in minutes — any machine, old or new. Nothing stops, nothing gets rewired, and there is no downtime.
