Give every line a voice — output and true cost per pack.
Turn your plant into an agent: every filling and packaging line reporting live output, downtime and true cost per pack — automatically, on any machine, old or new. No logbooks, no guesswork.
Works on any line, old or new · live from anywhere · no operator entry
The problem
Output lives on a logbook — and the real cost per pack is a guess.
Output is whatever the operator notes at shift change — a line that kept jamming reads the same as one that ran clean all shift. And nobody can say what a given pack actually cost to make. You're running a plant on numbers you can't trust.
How many packs did Line 3 actually run on the night shift?
How much of that shift was lost to changeovers, jams and idle time?
What does one pack truly cost me — material, energy, labour, overhead?
Which SKU — and which line — is actually making me money?
Live on every line
Every line reports itself.
A small sensor on each line tells Blitz when it's genuinely running versus stopped — and Blitz turns that into live output, downtime and true cost per pack, per shift and per operator. One dashboard for every line, nothing for the operator to write down. Plan each line to its order and target, and watch plan versus actual as it runs.
A changeover, a jam, a stoppage shows up the instant it happens. On Blitz Plus, Jarvis reaches you the moment a line stops — while it's still down, not at the morning meeting.
The number that decides your profit
Cost per pack — by SKU, by line.
Product and packaging material, energy, labour and overhead per pack — added up automatically for every pack you fill. Quote from your real number; see which SKUs and lines actually make money.
Material intake captures supplier bills at the gate and feeds the real rates straight in — so the number is grounded in what you paid, not guessed.
How true cost per pack worksFigures shown for illustration — Blitz builds yours from your own runs. Output is measured gross at the line and reconciled to your count — batch cooking and prep are a count you confirm; quality and fill checks stay your call.

Food & beverage packaging questions.
How do I track line output without anyone writing it down?
A small sensor on each line tells Blitz when it's genuinely running versus stopped, and Blitz turns that into live output — counted automatically. Nobody copies counts into a logbook at shift change, and on Blitz Plus, Jarvis tells you the moment a line stops instead of you finding out the next morning.
Which machines does it cover?
The automatic packing and filling line — fillers, form-fill-seal and pouch machines, cartoners, labellers, case packers and shrink wrappers, any make or age. Blitz measures the line that runs on its own; batch cooking, mixing and kitchen prep stay a count you confirm, not something we pretend to read.
How do I know the true cost per pack?
Blitz adds the product and packaging material per pack at their real rates, the line's energy for the time it actually ran, the labour, and a share of overhead — a live, all-in cost per pack and per case for every SKU. Material intake feeds the real rates in from your supplier bills, so the number is grounded, not guessed.
Will it work on my older lines?
Yes. The sensor is non-invasive and is fitted in minutes with no rewiring and no modification — so it works on any filling or packaging line, however old, and on a mix of makes and ages. If a machine runs, Blitz can give it a voice.
