Injection moulding
Give every machine a voice — output and true cost per part.
Turn your moulding shop into an agent: every machine reporting live output, downtime and true cost per part — automatically, on any machine, old or new. No logbooks, no guesswork.
Works on any machine, old or new · live from anywhere · no operator entry
The problem
Output lives on a logbook — and the real cost per part is a guess.
Output is whatever the operator notes at shift change — a machine that kept stalling reads the same as one that ran clean all night. And nobody can say what a given part actually cost to make. You're running a shop on numbers you can't trust.
How many parts did Machine 4 actually run on the night shift?
How much of that shift was lost to mould changes, short shots and idle time?
What does one part truly cost me — resin, energy, labour, overhead?
Which part — and which machine — is actually making me money?
Live on every machine
Every machine reports itself.
A small sensor on each machine tells Blitz when it's genuinely running versus stopped — and Blitz turns that into live output, downtime and true cost per part, per shift and per operator. One dashboard for every machine, nothing for the operator to write down. Plan each machine to its order and target, and watch plan versus actual as it runs.
A mould change, a stall, a stoppage shows up the instant it happens. On Blitz Plus, Jarvis reaches you the moment a machine stops — while it's still down, not at the morning meeting.
The number that decides your profit
Cost per part — by product, by machine.
Resin, energy, labour and overhead per part — added up automatically for every part you mould. Quote from your real number; see which products and machines actually make money.
Material intake captures supplier bills at the gate and feeds the real rates straight in — so the number is grounded in what you paid, not guessed.
How true cost per part worksFigures shown for illustration — Blitz builds yours from your own runs. Output is measured gross at the machine and reconciled to your part counter and cavity count — rejects and quality stay your call.

Injection moulding questions.
How do I track output without anyone writing it down?
A small sensor on each machine tells Blitz when it's genuinely running versus stopped, and Blitz turns that into live output — counted automatically. Nobody copies counts into a logbook at shift change, and on Blitz Plus, Jarvis tells you the moment a machine stops instead of you finding out the next morning.
Does it work on any moulding machine?
Yes — hydraulic, electric or hybrid, any make or age. The sensor stays outside the machine, so there's no PLC tap and no rewiring. Each machine reports its own output, downtime and cost per part on one dashboard, however old or mixed your floor is.
How do I know the true cost per part?
Blitz adds the resin used per part at its real rate, the machine's energy for the time it actually ran, the labour, and a share of overhead — a live, all-in cost per part for every product and mould. Material intake feeds the real rates in from your supplier bills, so the number is grounded, not guessed.
Will it work on my older machines?
Yes. The sensor is non-invasive and is fitted in minutes with no rewiring and no modification — so it works on any moulding machine, however old, and on a mix of makes and ages. If a machine runs, Blitz can give it a voice.
