Machine monitoring, the honest way

See every machine — running, idle, or losing you money — live.

A small non-invasive sensor on every machine — old or new — tells you what's running, what's stopped and what it's actually costing you. No PLC, no rewiring, no operator logbook. Then Blitz carries that signal further than any monitoring tool: all the way to true cost and profit.

Machine 7running · 388 units today
Extruder 1idle · 22 min
Loom 9stopped · warp break

Measured at the machine — no operator entered any of this.

Every machine's live heartbeat — running, idle or stopped, with the reason.

Why it matters

You can't fix what you can't see — and most floors run blind.

Without monitoring, "how did the machines run today?" is answered from memory, a register filled in at the end of the shift, or a guess. The idle minutes, the slow runs and the silent stops never get counted — so they never get fixed.

Blitz puts a sensor on each machine and answers it from fact: what ran, for how long, how fast, and why it stopped — live, all day, with nobody writing anything down.

01

Any machine

Old or new, any make. The sensor reads from outside — no PLC change, no rewiring.

02

Live, not month-end

Running, idle or stopped — updated as it happens, not in a report you read too late.

03

No operator entry

Output and run-time are measured at the machine. Measured, not typed — so you can trust it.

04

Goes to the money

The same signal becomes true cost and profit per product — not just an uptime number.

Most tools stop here. Blitz doesn't.

Monitoring is the start — the money is the point.

Every machine-monitoring tool can show you uptime and OEE. That tells you a machine could earn more. It doesn't tell you what you actually made on the run that just finished.

Blitz takes the same live signal and folds in material, energy, labour and overhead — so monitoring becomes true cost and profit per product, and on Blitz Plus the Jarvis agent reads it back the moment you ask.

Other tools end at the first three rows. The last one — the money — is what owners actually need.

Machine monitoring, answered.

What is machine monitoring software?

Machine monitoring software shows you, in real time, whether each machine is running, idle or stopped, and how much it's producing. Blitz does this from a small non-invasive sensor on every machine — then goes further, turning that live signal into true cost and profit per product, which most monitoring tools never do.

Does it work on old machines?

Yes. The sensor is non-invasive and machine-agnostic — it reads the machine from the outside, so it works on old and new machines alike, with no PLC change and no rewiring. If a machine runs on power and moves, Blitz can monitor it.

Do operators have to enter data?

No. Output and run-time are measured at the machine, not typed by an operator. There's no logbook and no reporting delay — the numbers are measured, not typed, so they're trustworthy and always current.

How is Blitz different from other machine monitoring?

Most machine-monitoring tools stop at uptime, OEE and downtime. Blitz carries the same live signal all the way to the money — true cost and profit per product and per customer — and runs your orders, materials and people on the same source of truth, with an AI agent (Jarvis) on top.
