Production tracking, counted not guessed

Know exactly what every machine made — by the unit, by the shift.

Blitz counts production at the machine as it runs — per head, per shift, per order — so you never wait for a register or trust a guess. And because it's measured, the same number becomes your true cost per unit.

Counted at the machine — nobody filled in a slip.

Output per head and shift, tied to the order — live.

Why it matters

A production register is a guess, written down once a shift.

When output is tallied from memory at shift-end, the short runs, the stops and the slow patches quietly disappear. You learn an order is behind only when it's already late, and you can't cost a unit you never truly counted.

Blitz counts at the machine, as it happens — so the number is complete, on time, and trustworthy enough to build cost and profit on.

01

Counted at the machine

Output from run-time and speed — meters, pieces or kg — not a hand tally.

02

Per head, shift, order

Split cleanly by head and shift, tied to the order it's running.

03

No manual logs

Nobody fills in a slip. It's captured even on a short-staffed shift.

04

Feeds true cost

A measured count is what makes a true cost and profit per unit possible.

From counted output to real answers

An order that tracks itself — and a cost that follows.

Because every unit is tied to its order, you always know how much an order has made and how much is left — without anyone tallying it. Schedules and stock follow the same measured number.

And the moment output is real, so is true cost per unit — material, energy, labour and overhead divided across what was actually made. On Blitz Plus, just ask Jarvis where an order stands.

Production tracking, answered.

What is production tracking software?

Production tracking software records how much each machine produced, in real time — by head, by shift and by order. Blitz counts it directly at the machine, so the number is measured rather than written into a register at the end of the shift.

How is production counted without operators entering it?

A non-invasive sensor reads the machine's run-time and speed, and Blitz converts that into output — meters, pieces or kilograms — using each product's recipe. There's no slip to fill in and no manual count, so production is captured even on a busy or short-staffed shift.

Can it track production per head, shift and order?

Yes. Blitz tracks output per machine and per head, splits it cleanly by shift, and ties it to the order being run — so you can see what a specific order has produced so far and how much is left, without anyone tallying it by hand.

How is this different from a production register?

A register is filled in from memory at the end of the shift and is only as honest as the person writing it. Blitz's numbers are measured at the machine as it runs, so they're complete, on time, and become the foundation for true cost and profit per unit.
