Energy per unit, not per bill

See the energy — and the rupees — behind every unit.

Your electricity bill is one lump sum, once a month, with no idea which machine or product caused it. Blitz measures energy per machine and per unit produced — at your tariff — so it lands inside your true cost, where you can act on it.

Broken down by machine and product — not one monthly lump.

Energy, per machine and per unit — costed at your tariff.

Why it matters

One monthly bill can't tell you which product is expensive to run.

Energy is often the second-biggest cost after material, yet it arrives as a single number with no breakdown. So the product that quietly eats power, and the machine running inefficiently, both hide inside the same lump sum.

Blitz measures energy where it's spent — at each machine — and divides it across what was made, so energy becomes a line you can manage product by product.

01

Per machine

What each machine actually drew — not one factory-wide meter reading.

02

Per unit

kWh and rupees per metre, piece or kg — energy you can compare across products.

03

At your tariff

Costed at your real ₹/kWh — including how speed and load change consumption.

04

Inside true cost

Energy folds into the true cost of each product — not a separate spreadsheet.

Energy is a cost — so it belongs in cost

A kWh number is interesting. A kWh in your cost is useful.

Plenty of tools can show you energy dashboards. Blitz is different because energy doesn't sit in its own silo — it's one of the four costs that make up true cost per unit, alongside material, labour and overhead.

So when a product's energy creeps up, you see it in that product's margin — not three months later on a bill. On Blitz Plus, Jarvis can flag a machine that's drawing more than it should.

Material₹21.40
Energy₹3.60
Labour₹6.20
Overhead₹3.90
True cost / unit₹35.10

Energy is ₹3.60 of every unit here — visible, not buried in a monthly total.

Energy per unit, answered.

What is energy monitoring for manufacturing?

Energy monitoring measures how much electricity each machine actually draws, rather than reading one number off the monthly bill. Blitz monitors energy per machine and, because it also counts output, can express it as energy and cost per unit produced.

How does Blitz measure energy per machine?

Blitz captures each machine's run-time and load and applies your electricity tariff to turn it into kWh and rupees per machine. There's no separate meter per machine to read by hand and no monthly estimate — it's measured alongside production.

Can it show energy cost per unit?

Yes. Because Blitz knows both the energy a machine drew and the output it made, it divides one by the other to give energy cost per metre, piece or kilogram — and folds that straight into the true cost of each product.

How is this different from the electricity bill?

The bill is one lump sum for the whole factory, once a month, with no idea which machine or product caused it. Blitz breaks energy down by machine and by unit, in real time, so you can see which products and machines are quietly expensive to run.
