Give every press a voice — output and true cost per piece.
Turn your plant into an agent: every tile, block and paver press reporting live output, downtime and true cost per piece — automatically, on any machine, old or new. No logbooks, no guesswork.
Works on any machine, old or new · live from anywhere · no operator entry
The problem
Output lives on a logbook — and the real cost per piece is a guess.
Output is whatever the operator notes at shift change — a press that kept tripping reads the same as one that ran clean all day. And nobody can say what a given tile, block or paver actually cost to make. You're running a plant on numbers you can't trust.
How many pieces did Press 2 actually run on the day shift?
How much of that shift was lost to mould changes, mix waits and idle time?
What does one piece truly cost me — material, energy, labour, overhead?
Which product — and which press — is actually making me money?
Live on every press
Every press reports itself.
A small sensor on each press tells Blitz when it's genuinely running versus stopped — and Blitz turns that into live output, downtime and true cost per piece, per shift and per operator. One dashboard for every press, nothing for the operator to write down. Plan each press to its order and target, and watch plan versus actual as it runs.
A mould change, a mix wait, a stoppage shows up the instant it happens. On Blitz Plus, Jarvis reaches you the moment a press stops — while it's still down, not at the morning meeting.
The number that decides your profit
Cost per piece — by product, by press.
Cement, aggregate and additives, energy, labour and overhead per piece — added up automatically for every piece you press. Quote from your real number; see which products and presses actually make money.
Material intake captures supplier bills at the gate and feeds the real rates straight in — so the number is grounded in what you paid, not guessed.
How true cost per piece worksFigures shown for illustration — Blitz builds yours from your own runs. Output is measured gross at the press and reconciled to your count — curing, autoclaving and drying are batch steps you confirm; quality stays your call.

Building-materials questions.
How do I track press output without anyone writing it down?
A small sensor on each press tells Blitz when it's genuinely running versus stopped, and Blitz turns that into live output — counted automatically. Nobody copies counts into a logbook at shift change, and on Blitz Plus, Jarvis tells you the moment a press stops instead of you finding out the next morning.
Does it work on tile, block, paver and AAC machines?
Yes — hydraulic tile presses, paver and hollow-block machines and AAC lines, any make or age. The sensor stays outside the machine, so there's no PLC tap and no rewiring. The forming press is measured automatically; curing, autoclaving and drying are batch steps that stay a count you confirm.
How do I know the true cost per piece?
Blitz adds the cement, aggregate and additives per piece at their real rates, the machine's energy for the time it actually ran, the labour, and a share of overhead — a live, all-in cost per piece for every product. Material intake feeds the real rates in from your supplier bills, so the number is grounded, not guessed.
Will it work on my older machines?
Yes. The sensor is non-invasive and is fitted in minutes with no rewiring and no modification — so it works on any press, however old, and on a mix of makes and ages. If a machine runs, Blitz can give it a voice.
