Knitting & hosiery
Know what every machine knitted — and what each kilo truly cost.
Put a sensor on every knitting machine and turn your floor into an agent — live kg, every stop caught, and true cost per kg by quality, machine and shift. No doffing slip. We set it up for you.

The problem
Your knitting floor runs on doffing slips — and memory.
Yarn rate moves, GSM changes, machines sit idle on yarn breaks and changeovers — and you find out at month-end. You see the kg that came off — never what each kilo actually cost to knit.
How many kg did each machine actually knit last shift — and how long did it sit idle?
Which machines stopped on yarn breaks or needle changes — and for how long?
What does one kilo of each quality truly cost — yarn, energy, labour and overhead?
Which quality and customer makes you money — and which is quietly bleeding it?
Every machine reports itself
Put a small sensor on each machine. Then the floor reports itself.
Fitted in minutes — nothing rewired, nothing stopped. A circular machine knits continuously, so Blitz turns its run-time into live kg, downtime and true cost per kg, by quality, machine and shift.
That's Blitz, the floor platform — it captures your yarn bills at the gate too, and Jarvis tells you the moment a machine stops.
- Live kg per machine — and socks counted one per cycle
- Every stop and idle minute caught and timed automatically
- True cost per kg, by quality, machine and customer
- Built for the knitting floor — cutting & stitching is costed, not piece-guessed
Blitz Plus · Jarvis
Be told the moment a machine stops — not at doffing.
On Blitz Plus, the agent ACTS and SPEAKS. The second a machine goes down, Jarvis messages you — by name, with how long it's idle. Ask it which quality carried the best margin, and it answers in plain language — and briefs you every morning.

Know your cost per kg — by quality, machine and customer.
Yarn, energy, labour and overhead — added up automatically against the kg each machine knitted. When a buyer pushes on rate, you answer from real cost, not a feeling.
How true cost worksFigures shown for illustration — Blitz builds yours from your own runs. Output is measured gross at the machine and reconciled at your roll weights — quality stays your call.
Questions knitting & hosiery owners ask first.
How do I track output without doffing slips?
A small sensor on each machine reads when it knits and when it stops, and Blitz turns that into live kg and downtime — automatically. A circular knitting machine runs continuously, so its output is a steady function of run-time; nobody fills in a slip.
Does it cover sock and warp-knit machines?
Yes. Circular and warp-knit machines are measured by run-time, and a CNC sock machine is one cycle per sock, so socks are counted cleanly. Knit fabric, socks, hosiery, mosquito and shade net, tricot and raschel all report the same way.
How do I know my true cost per kg?
Blitz adds up yarn, energy, labour and overhead against the kg each machine actually knitted, and gives a true cost per kg you can read by quality, machine and customer — calculated automatically, not estimated at month-end. See how true cost works.
What about the cutting and stitching floor?
Blitz measures the knitting machines — where the machine sets the pace. Cutting and stitching garments from that fabric is hand-paced work, so there Blitz gives you the labour and true cost rather than an automatic piece count. We keep the measurement claim to where it's honest.
