How do I track output without a register?
A small sensor reads each machine's run and stops, and Blitz turns that into live output and downtime — automatically, no shift register. On a single-stream line like a paper-cup machine the count is one-to-one; everyone just reads the screen.
Does it work on corrugated box plants too?
Yes — with one honest note. The board line (corrugator), printing, labels, tissue, cups, bags and trays are measured directly. On a semi-automatic box line where an operator handles every bundle, Blitz measures the run-length and uptime and the finished-box count is confirmed by your operator, rather than guessed. We'd rather be straight than over-promise.
